Where is the Orange Regional Conservatorium? We're located at 73A Hill Street in Orange. If you're driving from Sydney, it's just a matter of driving up the main street (Summer Street) until you get to the Hill Street roundabout, and turn right. We're on the left hand side opposite the De Russi Suites. You just need to drive down the alleyway and park behind the ORC building. The entrance to the Auditorium foyer is clearly marked. How do I pay for tickets? Almost all the concerts at the ORC have reserved seating so if you want the best seats, it's a good idea to pre-book your tickets. Concert tickets are sold through Book City in Summer Street, near the post office. You need to pay cash for your tickets. If you would rather pay by credit card over the phone, call the ORC on 6361 7974 and we can reserve seats for you. If you want to take your chances and purchase tickets at the door, that's absolutely fine but you won't be able to choose where you sit.
Where is the best place to sit? If you're attending a piano concert, the best place to sit is on the left hand side so you can see the pianists hands work their magic! The seat numbers 25 onwards are on the left hand side. Row A to D are closer to the front.
What if I'm a member, do I get a discount? All members received a 10% discount to ORC hosted performances. If it's a visiting artists though, members must pay full price but members do get access to early release tickets.
